We are looking for a great individual to join our growing team as a Business Analyst. In this cross-functional role, you must be able to perform business analysis tasks such as analysing and validating client requirements, planning and performing QA testing and collaborating between the technical and business team. You must ensure clean and accurate documentation of business requirements, technical specifications and test planning, along monitoring the relevant company KPI's. In this role, you will be working in cooperation with and under the direction of the CEO.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Help prepare project proposals and budget
Perform and manage the quality assurance (QA) testing of the applications with the clients
Define specifications and business analysis requirements
Define reporting and alerting requirements for the company's KPI's
Own and develop the relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
Help design, document and maintain system processes
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team
Communicate key insights and findings to the product team
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Report and escalate to management as needed
Work with limited supervision and using initiative
Actively seek for internal and client-facing service improvements and bring assigned service initiatives to a successful closure
Responsible for owning any service improvement initiatives required
Any other responsibilities relevant to the role
Required Skills and Experience:
Educated to degree level or equivalent (MIS or IT-related degree will be considered a strong plus)
Good knowledge of the general mobile landscape, trends, and emerging technologies
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including technical writing skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and manage conflicting requests on time, in a continually fast-moving environment
Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
Ability to finish tasks on given deadlines
Effective problem-solving abilities
Ability to adapt to change
Exhibit positive interpersonal and team skills
Ability to operate with limited supervision
Proven time management skills
Fluent in English and Greek

Previous experience of working in a business analyst role will be considered a plus
